Terms of service (T.O.S)

These are the terms agreed upon when commissioning my services, please read through these terms thoroughly before contacting me.1.Payment terms:
- payments are made via paypal, as paypal asks for a small percentage (5.4% + 0.30$), the client must cover the commission so that the exact amount estimated for the work can arrive to the account.-no refunds are made, you should consult everything before making the payment to avoid problems.-tips are welcome! (it is not necessary to cover the commission).-if i do not receive any answer in 3 days or no interest in making the payment, you will be removed from the list.-if it is already your turn, and you must make the payment, but you don't have the money at the moment, you can let me know so I can wait for a certain time of the week, so I can ask again and be able to specify if you want the job and extend your time on the list.-advance payments are not accepted if you have a lot of clients in front of you, unless you think you will not have the money when it is your turn and you should contact me about that situation.- when it is your turn to pay, before you start working on the sketch, payment will be requested in advance.-If I have not received payment, I will not begin work on the sketch until I receive it.

2. way of working with the client:- when it comes to halfbody onwards (fullbody and ref sheets) you must send a reference image of the character, with a reference image of some pose, reference image of some outfit you want to add, and say some description along with some background reference image that can serve as a guide to what you want to capture in the illustration.- if there are changes in the character that are not in the reference sheet, indicate it together with the images and descriptions.-on reference sheets: if you do not have a character already established, and you want it to be formed from scratch, you will have to send a reference image regarding:
°body build
°animal species
° outfit
°color pattern
°color palette (if you see an image that you like a lot, I can guide you but I will not copy the character that you have sent me).-on the reference sheet, if you want your character from 0, I can make a maximum of 4 versions of color palettes and patterns to know which one you like, and please be sure of what you want.-when the sketch is shown, I can make a maximum of changes that do not involve with the original idea, because if it involves with the original idea (pose, clothes, background) I will charge an extra for the change, unless it is a mistake on my part to have forgotten it.-After the acceptance of the sketch, no changes can be made, unless you insist on modifying it, a difference will be charged depending on the change.-After a capture of the sketch, a capture of colors and line art will be shown, this would be half of the process, only color changes can be made.-When the work is finished, the PNG file will be sent via Telegram, or a downloadable link from Mega, after having already completed the work, you can not make any changes, unless it is very subtle in terms of color and will be charged a difference depending on it.

3.treatment of the seller (i.e. me):-kindness is always welcome!-bad treatment and comparisons are not welcome-as a seller, only concrete payments and jobs, or who are interested in my work, but I do not establish a conversation beyond that which does not have to do with my work-if you want to know an advance of the commission, ask directly avoiding the simple "hello" or a sticker, I would appreciate it very much, and I would let you know how I'm doing!-if i have started a job, do not insist on knowing how the process is going within days of starting the job.-When I have already indicated that you are on my client list, if you want to know how many clients you have ahead of you, you can ask me and I will tell you how many people you have left. I will still let you know anything!-If you want the work for a specific date, let me know in advance so I can take it into account, but if it is a date very close to the one we are already on, you will have to charge a difference and it will be placed as "priority" this will make me place you as one of the first on the list and start the work quickly, it will only be a maximum of 5 slots with this advantage.-as I am doing several jobs at the same time, and I have a life of my own, patience is appreciated.

5.COPYRIGHT:-I retain all copyrights in the artwork, including rights to non-commercial distribution or use as samples for self-promotion, unless otherwise agreed.- Its owners retain all copyrights in all original characters appearing in the artwork, and may use the artwork for any non-commercial purpose unless agreed upon and pay a commercial use fee.-You may request that the finished artwork not be published publicly.-it is strictly forbidden to use my art for resale, such as tracing or stealing a client's character.-I will not sell commissioned artwork for personal or commercial projects unless approved by the commissioner.
